I have been working since the age of 17, and the most important thing i’ve learned along the way has been to navigate the possibility of failure. Rather than allow potential failures to impact my trajectory towards success, I have been able to understand and uncover the silver linings to potential setbacks. Unconvering the opportunity for growth in failure has allowed me to pick myself up once i fall, acknowledge why it happened, and use the new understanding i have to continue towards my goals. Extremely grateful to get to share a bit of my story.
