March is for Meandering and Getting Ready. Things I staged this month: -my very first solo set in the city, as part of the Company Rouge fundraiser! -soundproofing and interior design/organizing projects galore -the backyard for edible gardening and imminent summer bashes! In digging around we discovered many treasures (pictured)... -overall career moves! Working as a freelance artist is such a blessing for so many reasons and has gifted me patience beyond what I thought was possible for myself. It has taught me to listen to the seasons, to my body, and to the unknown. As we enter the busy summer months (exciting updates to come!) it’s helpful for me to remember that not every show is The Big One, not every month is Make or Break, and that not every moment is Go Time. I am so grateful for friendship, partnership, and the community that makes my life just as rich in those moments as in the Newsworthy ones.
