In a bowl, toss apples with brown sugar, flour, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Spread evenly in a baking dish. In another bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, walnuts, and salt. Pour in EVOO and stir until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over the apples. Bake for 50–60 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the apples are tender. Let cool slightly before serving. Delicious on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, evoo, and flaky salt 🍨
