Rest & recovery ❤️🩹
Enough sleep, adequate nutrition & proper hydration. These are the most important, yet most underrated factors when it comes to recovery. Why? Because they’re not flashy and they’re not gonna make anyone a load of money.
Over the next two weeks make these three changes and see how much better you feel -
• get between 7 - 9 hours of sleep per night (turn off all technology an hour before)
• drink 2 litres of water a day (this might sound a lot but it’s really not). A good way to start is drinking a pint of water first thing in the morning and last thing at night)
• stay away from fad diets! Quality protein, lots of fruit and veg & complex/fibrous carbs
