Missing Oaxaca and alllllll the delicious tlayudas! My girl @habibiceramics was my go to guide for exploring this incredible region (check out all her highlights) and she told me not to miss Doña Cecy’s little spot, @elsabordececy . Turns out it was close to where we were staying in Xochimilco so I stopped in one day for lunch. Her local customers were telling me what to try now and what to come back for, and Doña Cecy was gracious enough to let me photograph her making my tlayuda.
