Make sure this New Year’s celebration is one to remember... or forget. Let’s craft the perfect cold brew cocktail featuring our very own Desert City Dark. Recipe courtesy of our friends at @gardenbarphoenix! Cuppa Cold Coffee 1.25 oz reposado tequila 0.5 oz demerara syrup 3 oz Cartel’s Desert City Dark roast cold brew coffee 0.75 oz hand-whipped sherry cream Garnish: cacao nibs Hand-whipped sherry cream: 1 cup heavy cream 1 oz cream sherry 1 oz simple syrup Add ingredients to a protein shaker. Shake for 10 seconds until thickened. Keep refrigerated until ready to use. Directions: 1. Prepare cold brew coffee. 2. Add all the ingredients in a mixing beaker and fill with ice. 3. Stir swiftly just to chill (about 10 seconds). 4. Strain into stemmed irish coffee glass. 5. Top with hand-whipped sherry cream. 6. Sprinkle with cacao nibs. Cheers! 🎉 #phoenix #arizona #cocktails
