This Wednesday is Ukraine’s Independence Day, and although this is a difficult time to “celebrate” while there is a war, we believe it is also important to honor and show our solidarity with the people of Ukraine. Although this event goes on ALL day, I plan to be there and start my workout around 1:00 pm , feel free to join in and meet the community. Bring your friends and your family to show your support, and learn all the ways Apollon Gym / Apollon Nutrition and their beautiful community has sent assistance and support to Ukraine.
