I didn’t have any sessions this week... because I was out of office, refilling my own cup. But so many of the things I would’ve said this week are exactly what I was living: 1. Set boundaries. → Saying “no” or “not right now” is a skill—and it protects your energy. 2. Take breaks. → Our minds and bodies are not meant to be “on” all the time. Pausing is part of the process. 3. Rest is productive. → Rest helps us return more focused, grounded, and creative. 4. You don’t have to earn rest. → You’re allowed to rest just because you’re human. Not because you crossed something off a list. 5. Listen to what you need. → Self-awareness is a form of self-respect. 6. Slow down—there’s no deadline. → You are allowed to take your time.
