Aren’t our bodies are freaking amazing?! So crazy watching them transform and be a home for a whole HUMAN!! Committed postpartum to still finding time for me and what makes me feel good- which is moving (specifically love hot Pilates 🩰🥵) but this is just a reminder that you will get back to ‘you’ even if that looks different- and not to put so much pressure on yourself. It can be so hard postpartum to not compare ourselves to other people’s journey, timeline, or more importantly even a past version of ourselves.
