I LOVE my Osteopath @terra_theraputics in Canada, she is an amazing healer and I’ve been bringing my kids since there were babies. 🙌🏼 You may think, “why? They’re kids” but I’ve learned that doesn’t mean they don't hold tension, emotions, and stress in their little bodies, leading to pain, structural, behavioral, learning, sleep, and digestion issues to name a few. It's amazing how our body communicates its needs to us, and I feel it's important to teach our children how to listen to their bodies and focus on aligning our bodies and bringing us back into balance, especially as they get older. 🌿 In these photos you can see how our spines were out of alignment before our realignment. In the second photo Sienna is trying to overcompensate for a twisted pelvis by the way she’s standing, which if not treated can lead to intense pain and permanent change in posture.
