ok todays a big one.. story time it was almost three years ago that giorgio @beatsaface and I started making new tracks together after his triumphant return stateside. “Chef’s Kiss” was one of our first, and the moment I knew we had something special. @maximumflavour_ was born. After giving the track a precursory spin in CDMX in February 2020, I knew the track was destined for more. But how? One morning later that year I randomly woke up v early and while half asleep on the toilet scrolling through Instagram I saw @moscoman posting from Berlin that one of his @discohalal twitch ‘a&r sessions’ was about to start in ten mins and that he’d be reviewing demos and track submissions in the chat with special guests @alan_dixon_music + @simonesinatti. Fuck it, I thought. Why not make an anonymous account and submit the tune? The response was wilder than I could have imagined. After spinning the track multiple times in the stream Mosco started asking the tough questions. ‘Who is this?
