One of my true mentors, Grant Mudford, artist and architectural photographer extraordinaire, photographed in 1999. I post this in honor of the exhibition he is opening at PRJCTLA (1452 E. Sixth Street, Los Angeles, CA 90021) on 27 August. The exhibition features portraits that he made of artists represented by Rosamund Felsen and is entitled “Rosamund Felsen: A Photographic Essay”. I assisted Grant for several years and learned so much technically and aesthetically from him. I owe him a huge debt of gratitude for helping form the core of my own photographic practice.
