I'm pretty impressed with this week's project, the idea has been kicking around my head for almost as many years as I've been carrying a set of BMW e30 Recaros around. Somehow nobody sells kits to convert automotive seats into proper chairs, and making matters more complex, armrests are a must. I considered working with a local Carpenter to build some one-off chairs, but found the perfect Adirondack on Amazon that I rebuilt as a perfectly sized base.
