Self Storage Story Time 🐦 I’ve been told my normal days are really not normal at all! So join me and my brother because THIS time I can share what I did today. we found a birds nest in the eve of a building. The nest was spilling out into an occupied unit. No birds were harmed. We just closed off the side of the nest so they could not enter the unit, but there are many ways that they can get out from either end of the eve. We watched the mama bird do this as she went off and was circling back with different bugs in her mouth. This felt like the most SPRING sighting everrrrr We couldn’t visibly see the nest, so it was impossible to pick it up and relocate. I also didn’t want to do that just because that sounds extremely tricky to do properly. I am a big softy and love, nature and animals way too much to ever throw off the flora and fauna and whatever is to become of these birds. It’s really easy to share the glamorous and highbrow things I get to do because of social media— but I’m going to do my best to incorporate the every day life because it is equally as fun— just obviously in its own category! I really think variety makes life so much more fun. Think about the nitty-gritty things that you had to do today.... Was there anything fun or laughable about it? Attitude is everything joy can be found in the mundane as long as you are actively looking for it. Immediately after this, I had to rush home to hop on a call to discuss an upcoming brand trip— see what I mean? One second you can be cleaning up bird poop, and the next you’re getting hosted for a luxury trip to a new destination that you have never been to! More to come!
