This takes The Classic Laddie, an unpeated, scotch whisky, combined with the flavors of rosemary and allspice with an aroma of smokey rosemary to create a cocktail that is as refreshing as it is smokey. Allspice Dram ▶︎ 1⁄2 oz. Rosemary Syrup ▶︎ 1⁄2 oz. Lemon ▶︎ Ginger Beer ▶︎ Flamed Rosemary Sprig •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Combine all ingredients except ginger beer and garnish and into a shaking tin with ice. Strain/pour into a highball glass with pebble ice, top with ginger beer.
