Muddle (lightly mash) one slice of pineapple in a shaker. 2. Add Absolut Elyx, passion fruit pulp from half a passion fruit, vanilla syrup and passion fruit purée. 3. Shake well and strain twice (for added smoothness) into a chilled cocktail glass. 4. Garnish with half a passion fruit, floating on top.
