Here in this workout with AP, we are working on catching on the move. Coming off the Iverson cut and being able to go straight into the post is very valuable as a guard. Here Aaron initiates contact with the defender and then sets him up with the pump fake. This allows Aaron to go under the defender and finish away from the defense. Pump fakes are so important in basketball, but as guards it is very important we utilize our pump fakes against the bigs that are waiting to block every shot.
