This meal recently became available at Carnation Cafe for the remainder of the holiday season celebration at Disneyland. It was a really nice meal. The medallions were cooked medium with nice flavor from the Cabernet demi-glace. The mashed potatoes, harcots verts, fried onions, and dinner roll rounded out the meal nicely. As a separate bit of commentary, I think there should be more savory meals like this one around the resort for the holiday season. I would buy them up in a heartbeat. Also, this meal can and should be on the year round menu at this location.
