The Go Slow - I've been wandering around the marshes nice and slowly this past week. The sun's been getting up at 4.30am and I've been maintaining a nice gentle routine of checking on the wild flowers and watching the greens turn to yellow in the summer heat. Got a big life-changing 2 month trip coming up so I've been grounding myself before my routine and comforts are swapped out for the unknown.
