#jeenyuhs premiere last week. I met @coodierock @cozah at a @pttow @worldztribe event. They told me they were filming Sunday service with @kanyewest the next day. I probed & learned he had 20yrs of footage. I immediately said we need to make a movie now! I texted @atsignnick & we co-exec produced the trilogy with @kernschireson @rossmartin . There was gonna be 5 of us but we couldn't convince a 5th person to fund it with us! So it was the 4 of us. We partnered with @timestudios & over Covid I learned about movie making which I love to learn new skills. The beautiful humans that @officialcoodieandchike are is why I want this movie to succeed. They are unbelievably talented & deserve to finally be in the spotlight. There are too few black directors in Hollywood, it's time for these 2 to shine. Bonus is @j_ivy Grammy nominated kicked off the screening with his beautiful poetry!
