Jean-Michel Basquiat exhibition card I got at MAMCO when I was 18. I remember seeing my first Basquiat painting in this exhibition. It was during my first year studying at Les Beaux-Arts in Annecy. The emotion and power of this diptyque nearly made me faint. Very rarely I felt such a strong feeling in front of an art piece. The power that Art can have on people hit me this day. Many years later, I still have this exhibition card. Today we are launching #etudesxjeanmichelbasquiat and this power still struck me to this day.
