What are you waiting for?
I often hear from clients that they are waiting to lose weight to do something. I also hear clients say they are waiting for the partner to do other things, like take a vacation.
Let this be your sign to stop waiting! The time is NOW and I want you to start living your life NOW.
Tell me👇🏼 what you haven’t done because you think you “shouldn’t” do it due to those external messages (that you’ve probably internalized) and society telling you that you either need to look a certain way first or have the partner first?
