Feta loves Salmon too 😌 Ingredients: 1 lb wild caught salmon 1/2 cup celery, diced 1 green onion 1/4 cup dill, chopped 1 lemon 1/2 cup whipped cottage cheese (I whip it in a food processor) 2 tbsp garlic aioli mustard sauce (from Trader Joe’s) 1 tbsp sriracha 1 tbsp honey Extra virgin olive oil Sea salt Black pepper Chili powder 1. Juice one lemon over salmon then season with salt, pepper and chili powder(optional). Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. 2. Bake salmon at 375 F for about 15 minutes. 3. Finely chop celery, green onion and dill. 4. For sauce: in a bowl add whipped cottage cheese, garlic aïoli mustard sauce, Sriracha, honey and black pepper. 5. Once salmon has baked, shred with fork and let it cool off for a few minutes. 6.
