LOVE: All love at the track this week as part of @goodvibes_tc “open sessions” programming, when we invite the larger community in to share our group training ideas, practices and inspirations drawn from training camps in Mexico, Ethiopia, Kenya and here in the USA. Years ago a friend phrased this energy as “making runners better, making better runners” and in that spirit many times it feels like an act of service.
