SAUNA 🖤 I’ve always loved saunas and I grew up living by the ocean with a sauna right next to it... really miss that, especially during the colder months of the year. My favorite type of sauna during the past few years has become the infrared sauna. There is nothing better than a session in the sauna (preferably after a workout) and an ice cold shower afterwards - I feel like a new human afterwards! Some benefits with saunas are: • Detoxification • Increased circulation • Reduced water retention • Boosting the immune system • Improved sleep and I’ve also experienced that it help with my eczema and dry skin. Until I can get my own sauna at home, an infrared sauna blanket from @heatbysophialie is on the top of my list (check it out if you also want to create a sauna experience at home).
