We’re excited to spotlight Ayaan Moledina, a 10th grader from Austin, Texas, whose dedication to activism began during the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, Ayaan has worked across public health, education, and youth mental health campaigns, driven by his own experiences with mental health challenges. A passionate advocate for suicide prevention, he believes in the power of youth to bridge divides and bring meaningful change. Ayaan’s experience spans roles with organizations like the Students Engaged in Advancing Texas (SEAT), the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, This is My Brave, and the Youth Power Project.
