The Recovery 1 Recipe:
1 banana, frozen
1 cup pineapple, frozen
1 cup cucumber, frozen
1 cup spinach
1 bunch fresh mint
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 knob fresh ginger, peeled
1 serving AG1
1 lemon
3⁄4 cup plant-based milk
