HELL YES it was!!! @chottomattemar is opening in Marylebone on Friday 20th May, it’s taking things up a notch with the style, architecture, general vibes and of course their delicious food and drinks I was lucky enough to be invited and I made the most of the opportunity to once again fall in love with everything they cook up... and mix up too, as their cocktails are something else! Of all the food I tried, my favourites were: Spicy Tuna Roll tuna, spicy miso mayo, spring onion Warm Beef Fillet Tataki seared beef, smoked aji panca, passion fruit salsa Tuna Tataki seared tuna, karashi su miso, red jalapeño herb salsa Argentinian Red Prawn Tempura truffle ponzu, red onion, chilli, coriander Kingfish "Nikkei Sashimi" - This was incredible! cherry tomatoes, jalapeño, coriander, yuzu truffle soy Chuleta De Cordero Ahumada marinated and smoked lamb, coriander, peruvian chili miso If you can’t tell already, I love Chotto Matte and their newest branch definitely ticks all the right boxes, so get yourself down there from Friday and have one hell of a dining experience! • • @_eatldn 🥷🏽
