What a fuckin day man. The @nationalfitnessgames day programmed by @marchon. Team @hybridperformancecentre with the beasts @danielbaldwinsf @jakedearden_sf & @marcdean_. Came in fresh from LA with not much prep & a few injuries but sent it as hard as I could. Left my soul on that competition floor. The nerves going into events was wild, completely out of my comfort zone, never felt anything like it. Saw tons of Rep there & a lot in 247 🫡. Ended up in 3rd place overall. Time to work on the weaknesses 🥷 @247represent building 🛠
