I’ve been eating cottage cheese for breakfast every day for the last 2 weeks and it’s such a great way to get protein in quickly. @American Dairy Assn Mideast #partnership I tested this recipe a bunch of ways: - With Greek yogurt: this worked and tasted the same, but cottage cheese has more protein! - Gluten-free flour: Add 2 tsp of baking powder and a pinch of salt. They didn’t puff up quite as much, as expected, but they were still soft and delish. - Whole wheat or regular flour: use the same amount of baking powder and salt.
