I can't begin to find the words to thank everyone for their kindness and support during the Rusty reunion gigs in New York this week. @jimmyfallon and all the @nbc staff - For making me feel so welcome. The @elviscostello crew at @macklamfeldmanmgmt for incredible efficiency and organisation. The Imposters - For making me feel like I was one of them. The massive Costello fans group for their incredible comments of support for the CD and live performances. ...and of course to Mr. D.P. Macmanus with whom we shared some emotional moments.
