I think I’ll be processing the MANY events of this summer in Chicago w/ @pradabroadway for a very long time... especially being an understudy. Going on with not much rehearsal but my own. I think I figured out the day they had shot broll was my 3rd performance ever! 😳🫣😱 I remember saying, the few times I’d have a second to breathe backstage, “this is actually the actor’s nightmare” hahah but seriously!!! Going on w/ no rehearsal but the ones I did in my shower, and my kitchen, by myself, sometimes in the dressing room in my onesie with others and then all of a sudden you’re in front of 2,000+ paying audience members and the team and producers and your cast HAVING to do it (and be good/presentable).... but it’s also the DREAM. Ya know? It was a dream. A fever dream, maybe??!
