Let’s talk Motivation team 🔥 It’s something I get asked about almost daily. And I keep it no secret that even when it’s my job and it’s something I love, I can still have massive dips in my own motivation to move. Earlier this month I came back from a big stint of travelling and fun, and I just LOST my groove. I didn’t want to train. I didn’t want to do anything really. And I noticed a big dip in my mental health. As a result I set about putting in to practice these three tips in the hope that I’d get back to feeling good again. And believe me I do.
