Wow. I have spent just over two weeks in London (going home tomorrow) and can’t believe how jam-packed this trip was - in a good way. 😉 I am truly lucky and will never not be grateful for the privilege of being able to do this. 💚 Spent the first weekend at the best airbnb ever 😜 - @angelaascott72 and @gscott7967 are just the BEST hosts. Oh, yeah, and we ran a 10miler but I prefer not to talk about that race... 🤣 💚 Headed straight into a hectic work week (helped deliver a training and that was actually what I was here for 😉), only broken up by a super fun run club with @hauptstadttrainer and @jon_hosking - and some special friends. 🥰 💚 The second weekend started with seeing Wicked at the cinema with @dita426 and @tracicoulter, followed by pure Peloton extravaganza. Classes with @joslynthompsonrule, @jermainejohnsonuk and @jon_hosking together with friends from around the world. What a joy that the universe brought us together without even really planning for it. ❤️ 💚 Another work week ensued but it included two fun events: Our own version of “Strictly Come Dancing”, “Legally Ballroom”, (I was a volunteer, not a dancer 🤓) as well as a ship tour with Sea Rangers, one of our pro bono clients. #perksofmyjob 💚 Met up with @i_brake_4_tacos and Michael again on Friday and then spent the evening in Thanet again with @angelaascott72 and @gscott7967 before having to say goodbye to these two lovely couples. 💚 Then of course London Calling with classes with @dr_charlotte_w , @hauptstadttrainer and @jeffreymce and a party in the evening. Meeting some German Pelo friends was super fun as well - not the usual PSL experience. 😉 💚 Finished it all up with a vegan Sunday roast and now I’m full and happy, reminiscing about the fabulous time I’ve had. THANK YOU to all of you!! ❤️ Oh, and for those asking (😏): Yes, I will miss London. Yes, I’m looking forward to going back home and I do in fact love my husband, friends and family in Germany.
