You can thank @nikkigreattastes for this Strawberry Cheesecake Cookie Bar recipe 🍓🍪❤️ Ingredients 1 package of Otto's cookie mix 1 egg 1⁄2 cup melted butter 1 tsp vanilla extract Cheesecake Filling: 3 eggs 2 8 oz containers of cream cheese 1 tsp vanilla 3/4 cup coconut sugar 1 cup strawberry preserves 3 cups whipped cream 1 container of strawberries, sliced 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Follow the directions on Otto's cookie mix. When the cookie mixture is completely mixed together, press the cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 8 x 12 pan. 2. Place the cookies in the oven for 10-12 minutes. 3. While cookies are baking add cream cheese, strawberry preserves, vanilla, and sugar to a bowl. Using an electric mixer, whip the ingredients until smooth. Add the eggs and mix again. 4. When the cookie crust is done baking, remove it from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Pour the cream cheese mixture over top and place in the oven for 45 minutes. 5. Remove the cheesecake mixture from the oven and let cool. When fully cooled, place in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight. 6. To serve, top with whipped cream and sliced strawberries. Cut into squares and serve.
