Sharing a personal insecurity I have about my cosplays. The asian beauty standard is to be pale, this has been engraved into my head since I was young. A lot of the characters I cosplay are pale. At times I let this beauty standard ruin my self image and how I view my cosplays. When in reality, anyone of any skin color can cosplay, and look amazing!
