If you know me you know I have always been drawn to the Lord’s beauty through creation, it’s just a way He’s always shown Himself to me. Just recently I’ve understood it’s a bit more. It all goes back to the beginning. The Garden of Eden, what was supposed to be. I long to enjoy Him and rest in His good creation in full as we were made to do. I find His beauty in creation because it is the overflow of His beautiful heart. We are only able to comprehend it in part here. How lovely of Him to give us that part of Himself. How much more will we see it when He returns? And that is our hope. That the garden will be restored. All will be right. As it was made to be. But until then, we gladly get to enjoy Him in His beauty here and let the garden be restored through us.
