Here are some tips from our pediatric therapists on how to incorporate tummy time into your daily routine: ✔ Start with just minutes at a time on their bellies. ✔Try multiple times throughout the day, when your baby is awake and alert. ✔Try to be at eye level with your baby, or get down on the ground with them if you can! ✔Use props (pillows, wedges, or the Learn & Lounge) if your baby is having a hard time keeping their head up or off the ground! ✔Increase the time spent on their bellies little by little until they can tolerate longer stretches! #rahoobaby #tummytimemethod #tummytime #tummytimetips #tummytimeactivities
