#LondonPride2022 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️✨... • I won’t be able to explain it better than I did in my story yesterday, and so I won’t bother trying. • Once upon a time I considered myself an ally, until the day I wised up and realised I actually wanted to have sex with literally everyone. My sexual identity has absolutely wavered over the years, and I’ve always been someone who has strongly reserved the right to change my mind at any given time (something we’re not taught we have the freedom to do, but I promise you - YOU DO). Plenty of previous male partners chalked up my experiences with women as “probably just experimenting”, “something to get male attention” and even “greedy.” Hey, maybe if they’d paid more attention to the female body I wouldn’t have gone “experimenting” (🙄) in the first place. I digress... • It took me a long time to settle into a “title” as such, and pansexual was definitely the first one that felt absolutely right. (PS, joking about sexual attraction to kitchenware isn’t the hilarious take you think it is). • I don’t have a coming out story, because I didn’t ever really come out (I guess maybe I am now lol?), I went through my time of self acceptance and then I always just presumed everyone would be ok and supportive with whatever I decided. That is a privilege and I absolutely acknowledge and appreciate that. • Walking in the 50th Anniversary London Pride Parade yesterday was an honour.
