1 year ago today I made the leap to running my photography business full time. Making the transition from 4 years of a side hustle to full time entrepreneurship was the scariest thing I’ve ever done. In the last year, I have learned so much—not only about my business, but resilience, believing in my myself, and what it truly means to purse a dream. Thank you to all my clients who trusted me to capture their weddings this year, and all the years prior. It’s these moments that remind me why I started this business in the first place. Every shoot, every connection, and every image I create is a reminder of how incredibly rewarding this work is. I’m endlessly grateful for the support of Randall, my family, friends, and clients who have believed in me and my work from the very beginning. Looking back at this first year, I’m filled with a sense of pride. I’ve built something that is uniquely mine, something that connects me to so many incredible people. I’ve learned to trust the process and embrace the ups and downs of this creative journey. But above all, I’ve learned that this is where I’m meant to be.
