Over the past few months I’ve been ramping up for my first Full Ironman later this year, still not great at most of the things but swimming feels abit less like drowning every week. Wanted to throw this out there as abit go social accountability but also as a callout for any pals that like to run, ride bikes or ocean swim to holla at ya boi once Gladys lets us out of detention.
