The full cook on the pork butt i steamed in a pumpkin. Had a lot of questions on this cook. Basically like any other pork butt cook. Instead off wrapping in foil, i steamed in a pumpkin. When pork reached about 170°, i put in a pumkin with a can of pineapple @drinkmamitas It came out really tasty. It did not taste like pumpkin.
