Over the nearly 18 years that All-Options has been providing emotional support to Talkline callers we have seen that a few fundamental skills can make a big difference in a conversation. Now, more than ever, we all need skills and practice to show up for the loved ones in our lives who have had abortions and/or need an abortion, with open-hearted and judgement-free support. That's why we have developed our new mini training: Providing Emotional Support for Abortion! Who should take this training? Anyone who wants to: 💜 be supportive to the people in their lives who are having or considering an abortion, 💜 develop concrete skills for supporting abortion seekers or people who have had abortions, 💜 better understand the context around abortion access and what resources are available, and 💜 do something tangible to support abortion access and care in this moment. The training is self-paced with approximately 45 minutes of content, and we're proud to offer it on a sliding scale, for a suggested payment of $5-$20.
