Daily stretching is by far the easiest/quickest change I’ve made that has made the biggest impact! 10-15 mins of daily stretching can have you feeling more connected, more grateful, and more powerful in your mind + body! I do all of these stretches and hold for at least 5 deep breaths each! I do right when I wake up and I’m usually still in my pajamas!
