It's #WineryWednesday, and time to learn more about @greenlanewinery! @greenlanewinery was founded in 2009 and winemaker Dianne Smith has been there from the beginning. A passionate advocate of the Canadian Wine Industry, Dianne enjoys all aspects of both viticulture and oenology. As a female-owned winery with a female winemaker AND a female management team (recently featured on @thesocialctv), @greenlanewinery launched the “Sisterhood Series”, a sparkling collection featuring their Severine Sparkling Riesling, Saffron Sparkling Rose, and upcoming Carrie Sparkling Merlot. Each of these wines are named after a strong female character in a cult classic film. @greenlanewinery wines stay in oak for about 32 months to allow for full expression.
