Sometimes I prefer the raw pencil sketches over the full paintings because of the attitude they have, and you actually see more of the details sometimes. Like the amazing artist and illustrator @darrelljwarner, his pencil sketches are masterpieces, and something I strive to have one day is that level of detail within a production timeline. It’s something that I practice in between shows, getting faster as I go. But here, I really love this pencil sketch I drew for Hope. And am proud of how much I got done given I was sketching so many other people for this episode while prepping, designing, establishing etc all the other costumes for this and the previous episode. .
