August 12 is Word Elephant Day and the birthday of the new Elephant stamp I created for the USPS. It celebrates our love and appreciation for these noble and remarkable creatures. Architects of the Earth they craft the landscape that other animals and people inhabit. Today’s stamp release is at the Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee.
