After 55 years of service to the West Buncombe Fire Station, Michael’s Uncle David was honored in such a beautiful way. 🥹 They dedicated Station 2 to Uncle David, and this honor could not have been given to a more humble, kind, helpful, and generous man. 🎉 He became a junior fireman at 15, then progressed up the ranks to fireman, lieutenant, captain, assistant chief, deputy chief, then chief for 21 years.
