It was such a compliment to be asked to step in on the 15th series of masterchef-The professionals. I was excited and nervous at the same time, It is such a successful show and stepping into @galettigram shoes was daunting they are big shoes to fill. The first thing that struck me was the teams approach, from a runner who gets the tea to the head editor, everyone is focused on making the most of each day. This really comes down to self drive and motivation something that is only present in environments that strive for excellence. I had imagined what it would be like to work alongside @greggawallace and @marcuswareing but it really exceeded all my expectations. Those two judges are an example of hard work and professionalism at its best. Gregg and Marcus welcomed me into the fold I had to hit the ground running and they both gave me excellent advice. I think the thing I am most grateful for is, that I was accepted for who I am. In fact they encouraged me the most when I had moments of doubt.
