Peanut Butter Cup Monkey Bread. This was so ridiculous and delicious. Pretty easy to do. Used the regular Pillsbury biscuit dough. Cut each biscuit in half and fill each half with one mini peanut butter cup. Fill bundt pan till about 3/4 full. Spray bundt pan before filling so finished product can slide out. Next is the glaze that goes onto the monkey bread while baking. 3/4 cup brown sugar and 3/4 cup melted butter mixed together. Pour over the top of the raw monkey bread and let it drizzle down through the cracks. I baked this on the Traeger At 330° for exactly 50 minutes. It came out so perfect. Next is the peanut butter glaze. 1/2 cup melted peanut butter, 2 cups powdered sugar and 1/2 cup milk all mixed together. Just pour over the top and add some chopped up peanut butter cups to finish off.
